Bosch Service Solutions develops and delivers Customer Experience, Mobility and Monitoring solutions for companies and their customers.

Our teams find fast and efficient solutions for thousands of people on a daily basis – from claim management to life-saving emergency calls, among other services. Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide.

• Work closely with the IT team to ensure integration of eCommerce systems, applications, and technologies. Domain area: eCommerce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient workflows and processes (e2e).
• Develop detailed documentation of end-to-end processes for eCommerce operations.
• Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and integration and align it with respective Process Owner.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Create and maintain process standards and guidelines.
• Provide training and support on new processes and systems.
• Organize and coordinate test phases from e2e process perspective
• Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, process design, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and processes (focus on Order-To-Cash) and integration with eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design.
• Experience in project management and change management methodologies is preferred.
