Nous recherchons un·e ingénieur·e plateforme pour rejoindre notre équipe Platform Engineering dans le cadre d’un poste permanent.

Nous sommes une organisation de premier plan qui redéfinit continuellement la manière dont les consommateurs interagissent avec leurs programmes de fidélité. Ce que vous ferez

Relevant du/de la Lead Platform Engineering, vous serez responsable de :

• Collaborer étroitement avec le/la Team Lead et piloter des initiatives (epics) clés au sein de l’équipe

• Encadrer et accompagner d’autres ingénieur·e·s plateforme

• Proposer des innovations et solutions, les présenter aux parties prenantes et les mener jusqu’à la mise en production

• Participer à la conception, la construction et la migration de notre infrastructure de nouvelle génération basée sur Kubernetes (on-prem) vers le Cloud

• Migrer des microservices internes et des services de données vers cette nouvelle infrastructure

• Construire et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab) pour répondre aux exigences de sécurité et de conformité logicielle, tout en améliorant l’observabilité via le monitoring et les alertes

• Développer et maintenir nos outils en Python, GoLang et Node.js

• Évaluer et améliorer en continu notre infrastructure actuelle

• Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie et d’opérations

• Promouvoir la plateforme au sein de l’organisation (personnes, processus et technologies)

Ce que vous apporterez

• Excellente maîtrise de Docker et Kubernetes

• Expérience avec l’Infrastructure as Code (IaC), l’automatisation et la gestion de configuration (Terraform, Ansible ou Pulumi) dans le Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP)

• Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes sur des systèmes Linux

• À l’aise avec au moins un langage parmi : Python, Go ou JavaScript

• Connaissance des concepts réseau : pare-feu, NAT, sous-réseaux, ports, VPC, VPN

• Approche axée sur la sécurité : mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques pour le durcissement des systèmes, la gestion de configuration et l’automatisation des environnements de développement, test et production

• À l’aise avec Git ou d’autres systèmes de gestion de code source

• Connaissance des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab est un atout)

• Bonne compréhension du Platform Engineering et des pratiques DevSecOps

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes

We are looking for a Platform engineer to join our Platform Engineering team for a permanent position.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Platform Engineering Lead you will be responsible for:

•
Work closely with the Team Lead and lead key epics within the team

•
Mentor, coach other platform engineers in the team

•
Propose innovations, solutions within the team, to external stakeholders and lead these solutions to production

•
Be part of the team to architect, build & migrate our next-generation infrastructure based on Kubernetes (on-prem) to the Cloud

•
Migrate internal microservices and data services to this new infrastructure

•
Build and support CI/CD pipelines (we use GitLab) to meet security & software compliance and improve observability of the system through monitoring and alerting

•
Manage & build our tooling in Python, GoLang and NodeJs

•
Constantly evaluate & improve our current infrastructure

•
Support and work alongside Engineering teams and Operations

•
Advocate for Platform within the organization - this includes people, process and technology.

What You’ll Bring:

•
Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes

•
Experience with IaC, automation/configuration management (Terraform, Ansible or Pulumi) in the Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within the Linux operating system

•
Comfortable coding in one of: Python, Go or JavaScript

•
Networking concepts: firewalls, NAT, subnetting, ports, VPC, VPNs

•
Security-first mindset: implement industry best practices for system hardening, configuration management, and automation solutions for development, testing and deployment to production environments

Comfortable with Git or other source code management systems

Familiar with the CI/CD (Gitlab nice to have)

Good understanding of Platform engineering and DevSecOps practices
