Description du poste :

Intégré(e) au sein de notre équipe Douane, le/la Déclarant(e) en douane assure la gestion complète des formalités douanières liées aux opérations d’importation et d’exportation. Autonome et expérimenté(e), il/elle garantit la conformité réglementaire des marchandises et veille au respect des procédures douanières et sanitaires.

Vos missions :

• Préparer, saisir et contrôler les déclarations douanières à l’import, à l’export et en transit.

• Vérifier la conformité de l’ensemble des documents nécessaires au dédouanement : factures, documents de transport, justificatifs d’origine préférentielle, certificats sanitaires et toutes pièces réglementaires requises.

• Assurer la relation avec les autorités douanières ainsi qu’avec notre donneur d’ordre.

• Conseiller les clients sur les aspects douaniers liés à leurs expéditions.

• Effectuer une veille active sur les évolutions réglementaires douanières, fiscales et sanitaires.

• Appliquer les réglementations spécifiques (SPS, vétérinaires, marchandises soumises à restrictions).

• Soutenir l’équipe douane dans le traitement des demandes quotidiennes.

• Suivre les dossiers, gérer les litiges, blocages ou contrôles.
