In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with any challenges they encounter with their electronic devices.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support in Czech via phone, email, and chat to customers using electronic products
• Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support database
• Work with product and engineering teams to escalate more complex issues
• Educate customers about product features and effective usage
• Stay updated on product developments and technological advancements
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving satisfactory resolutions
• Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
