In this role, you will serve as a trusted liaison for the Czech gaming community, providing timely assistance and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Your enthusiasm for gaming and superior communication skills will be key to building a positive player environment.
Responsibilities
• Offer high-quality support to Czech-speaking players through various channels including email, chat, and social media
• Diagnose and resolve gameplay, account, and technical issues efficiently
• Keep detailed records of player interactions and support queries
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and improve player satisfaction
• Collect and share player feedback with Riot Games development teams for continuous improvement
• Foster a welcoming and supportive community through professional player engagement
• Stay informed about the latest game updates, features, and Riot Games products
Successful candidates will receive full relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in player support or customer service roles is preferred
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of customer support software and gaming platforms is a plus
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
