Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Czech via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding subscription services
• Guide clients on service features, subscription options, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
