Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with issues related to their Disney Plus accounts, subscription inquiries, and platform navigation
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system

• Educate customers about app features, available content, and troubleshooting steps
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements:
