Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and claims related to their automotive insurance policies. Your fluency in Czech will be essential in delivering clear and effective communication, helping our clients navigate the complexities of insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding automotive insurance policies and claims
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and internal teams to resolve complex claims
• Provide guidance on policy coverage and claim processes
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge

Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
