In this role, you will act as the key contact for Czech-speaking clients, offering tailored customer solutions that ensure their satisfaction and successful engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for Czech-speaking customers
• Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Document client interactions and solution pathways accurately
• Propose service improvements based on client feedback
• Support onboarding and training for new clients
• Stay updated with company offerings and industry developments

Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles preferred
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with relocation expenses fully covered
