In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers by assisting with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services.
Your fluency in Czech will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, resolving their questions and concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat, addressing tourism-related inquiries
• Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other requests
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Collect feedback to help enhance tourism services and offerings
• Stay informed about tourism industry trends and travel regulations
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
