Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Subscription-Based Services. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services.
Your fluency in Czech will be vital as you address customer questions about service features, assist with account management, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their subscription journey. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding subscription inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and subscription modifications
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our subscription services
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in subscription-based services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based or online services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences and helping customers succeed
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
