Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Smart Home Technology Company. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers as they navigate our innovative smart home products and solutions.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the features of their smart home devices. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a significant role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping clients maximize their smart living experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with product setup and configuration
• Educate clients on the functionalities and benefits of smart home products
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues effectively
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in smart home technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, especially in technology or smart home sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in smart home technologies and a passion for assisting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
