Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team at a leading Public Utilities Company. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to public utilities services such as water, gas, and electricity.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential in effectively communicating with clients, helping them resolve issues, understand billing inquiries, and navigate service options, while ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding public utilities inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about service availability, billing issues, and account management
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and offerings
• Stay updated on public utilities regulations and any changes in services provided
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in utilities or similar industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and supporting community needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
