Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Property Management Company. In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services and tenant relations.
Your fluency in Czech will play a key role in delivering high-quality support, helping clients navigate property-related inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease agreements. You will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention within our property management services.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about property listings, applications, and management services
• Effectively address tenant queries, maintenance issues, and request resolutions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and respond to community needs
• Stay informed about property management trends and industry updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in property management, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide efficient solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in real estate and property management
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
