Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Education Platform. In this valuable role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our educational offerings and online learning experiences.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, address their questions about course content, registration, and technical issues, ensuring they receive a smooth and enriching learning experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat for online education inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about course selection, enrollment, and platform navigation
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the online learning environment
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve user experience
• Gather feedback from customers to aid in enhancing our educational services
• Stay informed about trends in online education and e-learning technologies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively
• Experience in customer service, particularly in education or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for education and helping others achieve their learning goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is advantageous
