Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's IT Support Services, with a work location in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exemplary support to our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and issues related to IT services and support.

Your fluency in Czech will be crucial as you help clients navigate technology challenges, resolve software and hardware issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your expertise and customer service skills will make a significant impact as we strive to deliver top-tier IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance service quality and support processes
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and support tools

Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a knack for problem-solving
• Experience in IT support or technical customer service is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in technology and a desire to assist customers with their IT needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
