Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, an esteemed Energy Company located in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and product offerings.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive accurate information and timely assistance, helping them navigate any issues related to their energy needs. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will play a significant role in fostering positive relationships and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat concerning energy services
• Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, account management, and product information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about energy industry developments and new services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in energy or utility sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in energy services and the ability to assist customers with their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
