In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our digital marketing solutions.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential as you guide clients in navigating the platform, understanding features, and resolving any technical concerns they may encounter. As part of our dedicated team, you will help enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of their marketing endeavors.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding our digital marketing platform
• Assist customers with platform setup, campaign management, and performance tracking
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product features and user experience
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technology
Requirements:
• Fluent in Czech and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, specifically in digital marketing or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for digital marketing and helping customers achieve their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
