Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Cloud Services Provider division, based in beautiful Greece. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries about cloud services and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Your fluency in Czech will be key as you assist customers with questions related to service features, account management, and technical support. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will help build customer loyalty and contribute to the success of our client's cloud offerings.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in Czech through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about cloud services, account issues, and technical support
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology and services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or cloud services field, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in cloud technology and providing excellent customer support
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
