Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's AI & Technology Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to cutting-edge AI products and technology services.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential in helping clients understand product functionalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience with our innovative solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the advancement of AI technology.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers using our products
• Assist customers with understanding product features, functionalities, and usage
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Collect customer feedback to improve our products and services continuously
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or software, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and solve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in AI and technology, eager to assist customers in leveraging our products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
