• You look after customers as a concierge service for the client BMW.
• You help customers in emergency situations and correspond with rescue coordination centers if necessary.
• You are responsible for research and information procurement.

Working style: independent, conscientious, structured and service and solution-oriented
Experience and know-how: enthusiastic about new technologies and customer service in the automotive sector, quick comprehension and skill in dealing with information technology
Flexibility: 24/7 shifts
Languages: czech at a native level and good command of English
