Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about our products and services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide guidance and support to clients to enhance their product experience
• Gather and report customer feedback for continuous service improvement
• Participate in training sessions to remain informed about our services and offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a desire to provide outstanding service
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
