Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech-Speaking Content Moderator in our Social Media Department located in Athens, Greece! In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients’ social media platforms remain safe, engaging, and compliant with community standards. Your fluency in Czech will enable you to effectively manage user-generated content and interact with our audience.
As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing content submissions, moderating user interactions, and enforcing community guidelines. Your attention to detail and your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying inappropriate content while promoting constructive engagement among users. Responsibilities
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Czech
• Review submissions to ensure compliance with community standards and brand values
• Engage with users through comments and messages, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Identify and escalate any instances of inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and community experience
• Analyze community feedback to inform moderation practices and refine content strategies
• Stay updated on current social media trends and effective moderation techniques
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to fostering positive online communities
