Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Czech-Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic Gaming & e-Sports Department in Greece! Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in Czech
• Evaluate content submissions and interactions to ensure they comply with community guidelines
• Assist players through forums and chat platforms, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate behavior or content
• Collaborate with team members to enhance user experiences and community participation
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and e-sports developments for effective moderation
• Encourage a respectful and inclusive online community environment

Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
