Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Czech-Speaking Consultant in our Online Payment Solutions Department in Greece. In this key role, you will support our Czech-speaking clients in managing and optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and assistance for seamless transactions.
Your responsibilities will include providing personalized support, addressing client inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions that meet individual needs. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be essential in fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Provide training and support on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and develop solutions
• Gather and implement client feedback to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is preferable but not necessary
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting clients
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not essential
