About The Job:

Inventory Supervisor overseeing daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth warehouse performance. Manages inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, stock tracking, and detailed reporting. Works closely with warehouse logistics teams to maintain efficient inventory flow, reduce variances, and prevent shortages or excess stock. Responsible for monitoring damaged items, investigating discrepancies, and taking corrective actions when needed. Prepares and shares daily inventory and variance reports with the Warehouse Manager to support operational decisions. Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards while leading and developing the inventory team to achieve high levels of accuracy and efficiency

Job Requiremnet:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations or Q-commerce
