Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Support & Managed Services Engineer with strong foundations in networking, systems, or security to join the technical operations team.
This role sits at the intersection of technical support, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity tooling, and client interaction. You will help ensure the operational stability and security of customer environments while contributing to service structuring and continuous improvement.
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days remote)
Office Location: Paris
Contract: Permanent
Experience Level: Junior – Medior (2-3 years preferred)

Responsibilities
• Support customers in resolving incidents on infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity solutions under contract
• Monitor customer platforms, qualify alerts, and notify clients when action is required
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents, escalating when necessary
• Perform configuration updates, system adjustments, architecture changes, and operational requests
• Ensure customer platforms remain operational, secure, and compliant with service commitments
• Maintain clear, professional, and pedagogical communication with customers during incidents and service activities
• Participate in client meetings, preparing technical updates, tracking actions, and contributing to reporting
• Act as a reliable technical point of contact and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
• Support onboarding of new customers by documenting environments and setting up monitoring and backup tools
• Integrate customer environments into operational processes and help standardize documentation, tooling, and best practices
• Provide support for selected internal IT components and contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools and operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or systems engineering
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT / Networks / Systems / Security (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in technical support, managed services, operations, or client environments is highly valued
• Strong networking fundamentals in OSI model, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalling, VPN, NAT / PAT, Switching, WiFi
• Solid understanding of systems and/or cybersecurity principles
• Interest in scripting, automation, or data handling is beneficial
• Ability to diagnose incidents and understand operational impact
• Ability to understand technical architectures and dependencies
• Comfortable following procedures and contributing to their improvement
