Your mission in our team

You'll join a forward-thinking cybersecurity strategy team where your role is to advise senior leadership and key stakeholders on building robust, future-proof security frameworks. You'll work across organizational boundaries, translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive business value while protecting critical assets.

The role combines top-management consulting, business excellence, and strategic program leadership — with a strong focus on structure, analytical rigor, and impact.

This is a role for a former consultant who enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity, strategy into roadmaps, and ideas into measurable results.

Challenges that await

Strategy & Strategic Execution

Continuously refine the Cybersecurity strategy and strategic ambition in line with Siemens’ overall business and IT strategy.
Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, programs, and initiatives, including prioritization and sequencing.
leadership decision materials, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Cybersecurity and IT executives.

Program & Performance Management

Design and drive cross-functional strategic and business excellence programs, from set-up to execution and impact tracking.
Define program structures, governance, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.
Monitor progress, risks, and benefits realization; prepare regular management updates and steer course corrections where needed.

Stakeholder & Change Management

Engage with senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and the business to understand needs, align priorities, and drive buy-in.
Support organizational development initiatives, including target operating models, role clarity, and governance structures.
Act as a coach and thought partner to executives while ensuring clear, structured communication of strategy and progress.

What will make your application stand out

3-8 years of post-consulting experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, or related advisory roles
Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations and influence senior decision-makers
technical audiences.
Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, working effectively across diverse teams and staying current with evolving security trends.

You'll thrive even more if you also bring

Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide (security) initiatives
Familiarity with specific frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or similar)
Knowledge of cloud security, OT/IT convergence, or industry-specific security requirements
Experience working in regulated industries or large, complex organizations
