SteerBridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager with deep expertise in USMC Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes to support MDMC operations in Albany, GA. This role will focus on system security compliance, authorization, and validation activities in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity efforts aligned with USMC RMF requirements

• Support system accreditation, authorization, and continuous monitoring

• Serve as cybersecurity advisor to leadership and technical teams

• Ensure compliance with DoD and USMC security standards

• Coordinate with stakeholders on security controls and risk mitigation

• Perform validation activities in accordance with USMC IC4 standards

• Maintain system security documentation and artifacts

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of USMC RMF experienceORNo degree with 8+ years of USMC RMF experience

• Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED

• CISSP or DoD 8570-compliant certification required

• Certified validator through USMC IC4

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting Marine Corps or DoD environments

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and ATO processes

• Experience working in operational or maintenance command environments
