You’ll make an impact by:

Empowering and guiding internal customers in implementing Siemens Cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines through effective execution of security processes and with adherence to risk management principles;
Conducting and coordinating Cybersecurity Risk assessments including architecture and design reviews, cloud and on-prem infrastructure assessments as well as identity and network control evaluations;
Guiding on and developing risk treatment plans ensuring alignment with risk appetites;
Integrating AI risk assessment frameworks into cybersecurity processes;
Assessing third parties and negotiating cybersecurity in the contracts with suppliers;
Providing hands-on cybersecurity guidance to various Business units, and security teams on risk-driven control implementation;
As Part of a multinational team, you are actively contributing to the continuous improvement of internal cybersecurity processes;
Through professional trainings and daily challenges, you continuously update your expert knowledge.

Education
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Experience & Skills
Several years of professional experience in Cybersecurity
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or CRISC are a plus
Solid knowledge in ISO270xx series as well as other security standards such as NIST, SOC2 and IEC 62443
Demonstrated ability to identify security gaps and implement actionable roadmaps
Familiarity with corporate cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management
Solid understanding of AI and Gen AI risk frameworks
Working in a conceptual and structured manner and possess strong communication skills
Collaborative and communicative, able to work across departments and with senior leadership
Ways of working: analytical, problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making abilities and a growth mindset
Language skills: business proficiency in English
