Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Riyadh market. This role is laser-focused on acquiring and developing new customers across three strategic verticals:
• Cybersecurity Consulting
 
• Multi-Cloud Operations
 
• Data Center Technology Operations & Maintenance   
If you understand how enterprises in Riyadh buy, who influences decisions, and how to open doors that don’t open easily, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales
• Own new business development in the Riyadh region
 
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within enterprise, mid-market, and regulated sectors
 
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company targets
 
• Conduct meetings with C-level, IT Directors, CISOs, and Infrastructure Heads
 
Vertical-Focused Selling
• Position and sell:
 • Cybersecurity assessments, consulting, and managed services
 
• Multi-cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid environments)
 
• Data center operations, maintenance, and technical support services
 
• Understand customer pain points and map them to solution-based offerings (not product dumping)
 
Relationship & Partner Management
• Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and local partners
 
• Navigate procurement cycles, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor onboarding processes
 
• Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals and presentations
 
Reporting & Strategy
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
 
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
 
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Riyadh and Central Region
 
• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B IT services sales or business development
 
• Strong exposure to enterprise or government-related sales cycles in Riyadh
 
• Solid understanding of at least one of the following (bonus if more):
 • Cybersecurity consulting & frameworks
 
• Cloud / multi-cloud operations
 
• Data center infrastructure & operations
 
• Proven ability to open doors, build pipelines, and close deals
 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
