We are a team of 130 cybersecurity experts that primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on cybersecurity topics such as cybersecurity strategy & compliance, GRC, security design & innovation. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst (all genders) to work within our team of experts designing and implementing security solutions for our clients.
Our tasks focus on securing complex systems and organizations:
• Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity solutions in the field of digital transformation, industry 4.0 and IoT
• Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, DevSecOps, etc.)
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes following established industry standards
• Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions
Who you are:
Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious, and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
• You hold an outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field
• You have gained first hands-on experience in IT consulting, ideally in cybersecurity transformation and implementation projects, through internships or working student positions
• Ideally, you demonstrate an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures
• Ideally, you have the ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals
• You thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and are open to travel as needed
• You have strong communication skills in both German and English
