As an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst (L2), you will serve as the front line of the client’s CTI function—operating within their environment while aligning to Accenture Cyber Intelligence (ACI) EMEA Consulting & Research leadership. You will triage incoming threat intel (IOCs, TTPs, alerts, vendor reports, open‑source and commercial feeds), enrich and validate indicators, and produce concise, actionable intelligence for SOC, IR, and client stakeholders.
You will also act as Service Delivery Lead for the managed CTI service: owning operational meetings, KPIs/SLAs, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, high‑quality delivery. In addition, you will manage L1 scalations and you will ensure that the delivery is aligned with client expectations and their Priority Intelligence Requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oversight L1 Threat Intelligence analysts.
Analyze, contextualize and reporting of L1 Threat Intelligence escalations.
Escalations to L3 CTI Analysts.
Able to collect, analyze and contextualize Threat Intelligence data to produce Threat Intelligence operational reports.
Identify Threat Intelligence process gaps and propose possible improvements.
Identify possible automations in order to improve efficiency.
Identify and update Priority Intelligence Requirements.
Perform deep investigations of campaigns, threat actors, data breaches, etc.
Propose recommended actions (both for prevention and detection and response) in the client environment to face the threats identified.
Client Management: operational meetings, Point of Contact, monthly reports.
Staffing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related security/information technology degree.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication and documentation.
Strong skills in documentation and reporting.
Desirable to have relevant certifications in Threat Intelligence such as CTIA, or GCTI.
Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence at tactical and operational level (understanding of TTPs)
Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks and tools (e.g., diamond model, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
