Cyber Security Software Sales Executive, Latin America Description - At HP, our mission is to expand our software portfolio and strengthen our cyber security presence in Latin America. Role Overview: As the Software Sales Executive for Cyber Security in Latin America, you will manage complex business opportunities with strategic clients, positioning HP Security as the preferred supplier. You will drive the sales cycle to closure, exceed sales quotas, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful proposals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate energy, initiative, and a passion for building business across multiple accounts and countries, leveraging strong security contacts and internal resources. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute account strategies to secure new business and expand revenue in the assigned region. Negotiate and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets. Engage decision-makers in key prospect accounts. Maintain accurate prospect information in HP CRM. Build and sustain positive business relationships with customers. Analyze market potential and stay informed on best practices and trends. Articulate how HP Enterprise Security solutions compare to and complement other offerings (AV, NGAV, EDR, Remote Browsers, Sandboxes, etc.). Cultivate senior-level customer relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Proven experience in solution selling or consultative sales. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies. Ability to explain HP Security offerings in relation to other solutions. Understanding of how technology addresses business challenges. Adaptability to change and willingness to expand expertise as HP’s portfolio grows. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and manage executive-level customer relationships. Experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Proactive risk management on high-risk projects. Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to represent HP externally.
