We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Cyber Security Manager who can bridge the gap between advanced cybersecurity solutions and business growth. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong expertise in cybersecurity along with a proven ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and influence decision-making at enterprise levels.
As a Cyber Security Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying security challenges for clients, recommending tailored cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, product specialists, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders to create impactful security strategies for organizations across industries.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threat landscapes, risk management practices, and enterprise security frameworks while also demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities in cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Engage with enterprise clients to understand their security posture, business risks, and compliance requirements.
• Recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs including network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, IAM, SOC services, SIEM, vulnerability management, and risk assessment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, security heads, and key decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized security solutions and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, security workshops, and client discussions to showcase solution value.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, technologies, and industry regulations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for clients.
• Support strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and account growth initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, cybersecurity forums, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
• Hands-on understanding of security domains such as:

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
• Identity & Access Management
• Data Protection & Compliance

• Proven experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align security solutions to business outcomes.
• Experience handling enterprise accounts and large-scale security engagements is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 5 – 16 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or cloud security certifications will be an added advantage.
