We seek a skilled Cyber Security Architect to lead the Secure by Design initiative throughout the organization’s worldwide IT and manufacturing environments. This position will emphasize the design and execution of enterprise security architecture frameworks, governance over cloud security, secure DevOps methodologies, and technology roadmaps related to cyber security. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with enterprise architecture teams, global stakeholders, and customers to enhance the organization’s cyber security stance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a consistent Cyber Security Architecture governance framework across enterprise IT applications and infrastructure.
• Apply Secure by Design principles to applications, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct reviews of architecture and perform security risk evaluations for enterprise systems.
• Define and advance cyber security technology roadmaps, incorporating emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum-safe cryptography.
• Design and execute the security architecture for networks and infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, and firewalls.
• Develop and uphold strategies for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates.
• Create Cyber Security reference architectures for key IT projects such as Data Lake, eCommerce, Cloud Security, and DevOps platforms.
• Implement defense-in-depth security strategies across applications, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint environments.
• Establish and enforce cyber security controls that align with customer and regulatory security requirements.
• Engage with enterprise customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Conduct threat modeling and architectural risk assessments for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to adopt secure architectural practices.
• Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated into the IT strategy.
• Define and oversee global cloud security governance frameworks.
• Review and authorize security architecture for new cloud services and platforms.
• Implement security architecture for applications launched on AWS and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Establish baseline security configurations for cloud infrastructure.
• Introduce layered cloud security controls and frameworks for enterprise cloud adoption.
• Define and execute Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Incorporate security protocols into DevOps and application development pipelines.
• Assess new technologies to determine their impact and associated risks on security.
• Define and monitor cyber security architecture KPIs and security metrics.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including over 10 years in Cyber Security Architecture.
• Extensive experience in designing enterprise security architectures.
• Proficiency in network security, endpoint security, encryption, and data protection technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and AWS environments.
• Solid understanding of firewalls, VPN, PKI, vulnerability management, SIEM, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring tools.
• Experience with Secure DevOps and container technologies.
• Strong grasp of enterprise risk assessments and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in conducting security architecture reviews and threat modeling.
