Job Title: Cyber ISMS Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Cyber ISMS Assistant Manager to join our team at Talent Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 standards. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that information security risks are managed effectively and that all personnel are aware of their information security responsibilities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISMS.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans.
• Support the creation and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ISMS controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual information security requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to information security.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant technological developments.
• Act as a point of contact for information security queries within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in information security management, risk management, or related fields.
• Understanding of ISMS principles and ISO 27001 standards.
• Familiarity with other relevant security frameworks and standards (NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Experience with security assessment tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience in managing security incidents and breaches.
