• About the Role
• We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Mobile App Testing across iOS and Android platforms. The role will focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mobile applications through rigorous functional, regression, and automation testing.
• In addition to core mobile QA responsibilities, the role will also involve validating analytics instrumentation and event tracking, particularly within the digital analytics and CDP ecosystem (e.g., mParticle, AEP, Mixpanel). Familiarity with mobile analytics implementations and event tracking validation is considered a strong advantage.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing mobile applications, debugging SDK integrations, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Key Responsibilities
• Mobile App QA (Primary Focus)
• Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Validate functional behavior, UI/UX, and application performance across different devices and OS versions
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and release testing for mobile app features
• Identify, document, and track defects through the complete lifecycle
• Validate mobile builds across staging and production environments
• Ensure consistent user experience across device types and screen resolutions
• Analytics & Tracking Validation (Good to Have)
• Validate mobile analytics implementations including event tracking and SDK instrumentation
• Verify event payloads and attributes generated from mobile apps
• Validate integration of analytics and CDP platforms such as:
• mParticle
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Mixpanel
• Validate identity resolution and user attribute tracking
• Test data flow from mobile apps to downstream destinations and marketing platforms

• Automation & Testing Frameworks
• Develop and execute automation scripts for mobile testing
• Support automation frameworks for regression testing
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual QA effort through automation

• Collaboration & Release Support
• Work closely with mobile developers, product managers, analytics teams, and QA leads
• Participate in sprint planning, test case reviews, and release validation
• Support troubleshooting of mobile application issues across environments
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, defects, and QA processes
• Technical QA Support
• Validate mobile SDK integrations and API responses
• Debug network requests, API calls, and application logs
• Support testing of backend integrations impacting mobile app functionality
• Assist in validating application deployments across environments
• Qualifications
• 6–10 years of QA experience with strong focus on mobile app testing
• Hands-on experience testing iOS and Android applications (mandatory)
• Strong experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks
• Experience validating mobile builds across multiple devices and OS versions
• Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium, etc.)
• Strong debugging skills across APIs, SDKs, and mobile logs
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Experience with Digital Analytics or CDP platforms (mParticle, AEP, Mixpanel)
• Understanding of mobile analytics instrumentation and event tracking
• Exposure to MarTech ecosystem and audience activation platforms
