About the Role

You will do the service execution and on call duties from Crane Service and other assignments. Reporting to Service Manager & Field Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

• To do preventive Maintenance of Crane Product
• Trouble Shooting of Crane Product
• On-call Duties of Crane Product
• Submit complete service report and recommendation to Field Supervisor within two (2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed done
• Implement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at height, job safety analysis, including 5-S are followed
• To assist Field Supervisor in field job execution and workshop activity
• Perform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair and service agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completely
• Maintain and use service vehicle with fleet management system
• Maintain tools, personal protective equipment and service vehicles
• To perform productivity and control expenses
• To attend service and safety training periodically
• Any other responsibilities as directed by manager
• Signing service report
• Provide technical recommendation
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

You Have

• Diploma III Electrical or Vocational school in electrical with 3 years’ experience in related jobs
• Work at height and as a team
• Excellent health condition
• Have driving licence (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru or project assignment in around Indonesia
• Willing to be hired under Outsource
