Join a leading Level 2 Trauma Center offering high-acuity care with a specialized 8-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This facility supports professional growth, teamwork, and advanced patient care in a collaborative environment.
Compensation Details:
• Base Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)
• 10+ years: $34.32/hr
• 15+ years: $39.60/hr
• Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr (nights only)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• Shift: Nights Only (7 PM – 7 AM)
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CVICU RN to join our dedicated team. In this night-shift role, you will deliver intensive, focused care to critically ill cardiac patients in a high-tech and high-support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality
• Perform frequent clinical assessments and manage complex treatment plans autonomously
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and post-care protocols
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve outcomes and care delivery
• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care RN experience
• Certifications:
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS Stroke Certification – Required within 30 days of hire
• CCRN – Preferred (must be obtained within 2 years)
• Education: BSN preferred
Unit Details:
• 8-bed CVICU within a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Collaborative, growth-focused nursing team
• Reports to Jane Gustafson, Director

Interview Process:
• Initial phone screen with Corey Nietupski (30 minutes)
• Onsite or video interview with Jane Gustafson and clinical team (1–2 hours)
