Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly Pay: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)
• 10+ years: $34.32/hr
• 15+ years: $39.60/hr
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (case-by-case basis)
We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team full-time for night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This position is ideal for compassionate, skilled nurses who want to deliver focused, high-acuity care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
Shift
• Nights Only: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time
• Rotating weekends may apply
Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an 8-bed CVICU
• Serve as a patient advocate and maintain confidentiality
• Perform frequent clinical assessments and administer treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on medications and ongoing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes
• Support patient recovery through personalized and precise care
• Active RN License in Florida (or Compact with eligibility to obtain FL license prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
• BLS certification – Required
• ACLS certification – Must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale certification – Required within 30 days
• CCRN certification – Preferred (or must be obtained within 2 years)
• BSN preferred
