We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customs Compliance Specialist  in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's compliance with customs formalities NAJM system 

• Manage and oversee all aspects of customs compliance for the organization
• Prepare and review import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties
• Develop and maintain customs compliance procedures and policies
• Assist in resolving customs-related issues and discrepancies
• Provide guidance on tariff classifications and customs valuation
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth customs operations

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs compliance or related field
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws
• Proficiency in customs compliance software and databases
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with import/export procedures and documentation
• Knowledge of Lebanese customs regulations and procedures
• Understanding of international trade agreements and tariffs
• Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English;
