通関手配を希望されるお客様との打ち合わせや協力会社の手配、各種手続きに必要な書類作成等、国際物流に関する事務業務をお任せします。

主な任務と責任

• スムーズでタイムリーな通関手続きの流れを確保する
• 当社の運用システムへの正確かつタイムリーなデータ入力を保証する
• 追跡と追跡カスタムファイルとレポート
• 正確かつタイムリーなクライアント請求を保証する
• 輸入および輸出通関デスクレベルの操作手順のすべての要素を理解し、この情報を正しく解釈して、お客様の指示と期待に応えます
• 有効な税関申告書の作成を可能にするために、書類またはその他のソースから税関申告情報を税関申告システムに転送します
• 税関申告情報の確認と税関当局への提出の支援
• 規制へのコンプライアンスを常に確保する
• お客様との打ち合わせ（メール/電話）
• 国内外オフィスとの打ち合わせ（メール/電話）
• 協力会社の手配、進捗管理
• データ入力、書類作成・管理
• 関連する事務　など
