As our Customs Affairs Specialist, the daily work as below.
Main Responsibilities
• 1. Familiar with Customs laws and regulations, familiar with the import and export clearance requirements for equipment, spare parts and chemicals. Responsible for the application of 3C, energy efficiency, exclusion lists, and other related regulatory licenses.
• 2. Responsible for the identification of certificates of origin and able to accurately and proficiently apply relevant standards of origin.
• 3. Communicate and cooperate with various departments to promote daily AEO work and ensure continuity in compliance with AEO related standards.
• 4. Responsible for collecting laws and regulations from relevant government departments such as Customs, Ministry of Commerce.
• 5. Responsible for reviewing Customs taxes, freight fees, and payment applications, as well as reviewing payment bills.
• 6. Archive management of customs clearance docs to ensure that the docs and data are accurate, complete, searchable and traceable.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with China Customs policies and regulations, proficient in the use of related Customs system, with at least 5 years Customs experience.
2. Bachelor degree or above in international trade etc., able to communicate in English.
3. Serious and responsible in work, efficient and positive, have a good sense of responsibility and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
4. Chemical knowledge or AEO etc. related experience is preferred, familiar with SAP operation is preferred.
