As an Analyst in our Customer Transformation team in Auckland, you’ll work on real problems that affect how people experience services and products - in banking, retail, government and beyond. Using design, analysis and systems thinking you’ll to turn ambiguity into clarity, and ideas into action.
What you’ll do:
• Spend your time listening, mapping, testing, workshopping and creating.
• Be hands-on, working both visually and analytically.
• Co-create solutions with designers, technologists, strategists and clients.
• Bring a human-centred lens to large transformation programmes.
• Contribute to projects that matter, from early problem definition through to implementation.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in service design, CX, business analysis, or transformation, ideally in financial services or professional services organisations.
• A relevant qualification in design, psychology, business or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, alongside visual and creative capability
• Confidence working with clients; preparing materials, facilitating sessions and contributing to recommendations.
• Experience translating ambiguity into clear deliverables (e.g. journey maps, insights, miro boards, reports).
• The ability to manage your own work, prioritise effectively and deliver to time and quality expectations.
