Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY
Provides support to the Sales Representative and Island Manager as a liaison between customers and various departments within Tropical. Provides customers with the highest level of service and customer care through resolution of problems, prompt responses to inquiries, initiation of Freight Correction Notices, accurate rate quotes, cargo release, logging and the follow-up customer complaints. Prints Bills of Lading.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Three years experience in Customer Service.
LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's License.
TRAVEL: N/A
