Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and product development to address customer issues.
• Provide customers with information about product features, pricing, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
