What you will do
Respond to customer inquiries via social media and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g technical support) to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Working hours 4AM-4PM UTC+4 timezone Monday-Sunday
What we’re looking for
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Indonesian and English language both spoken and written
Crypto knowledge and expertise nice to have
Live translation skills nice to have
