Istanbul (hybrid) or Turkey (remote)

Your role on our mission:

The perfect combination – you manage sales & customer support – from the first conversation to long-term care:

• Advise & convince – You consult parents and students, recommend the right learning solutions and arrange appointments with our tutoring centres in Germany.

• Handle calls – You manage inbound calls from new and existing customers and perform outbound calls when required.

• Turn interest into action – You inform families about our offers and encourage them to book an appointment.

• Support customers – You provide ongoing support to existing customers with their inquiries and requests.

• Administration – You perform administrative tasks related to customer records, follow-ups, and ensure smooth processes.

Your impact will be measured by:


Conversion Rate – Turning potential new customers into appointments.


Appointment Arrival Rate – Ensuring booked customers show up to the meetings you booked.


Customer Care excellence – Handling inbound & outbound calls effectively while meeting team targets.

What you will bring:

• Native-level German skills – You communicate confidently with German-speaking parents and students and get them excited about our offering.

• Sales mindset & initiative – You love to convince people, set yourself ambitious goals, and actively contribute to team success.

• Communication skills – You are persuasive, empathetic, and able to build trust with families.

• Experience – Background in customer service, telesales, or call center roles is preferred (but not mandatory).

• Organizational talent – You handle multiple tasks (calls, admin, follow-ups) with attention to detail.

• Target Focus – You are motivated by KPIs and enjoy celebrating when you achieve them.
