Customer Support Specialist (French Bilingual) will be responsible for Entry Management for both English and French sites by answering calls, checking the cameras and granting access.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Check Emails/Voicemails
Respond to Emails/Phone Calls
Gather details for incidents
Enter incidents onto Queue Systems (Airtable/Stealth Hub)
Process non-complex incidents (Worker Hours, For Reviews, Talk Downs, Open Gate, Last Worker, Video Requests)
Update AE/AC/Clients
Inform other departments of issues related to cameras/recordings
Send final investigation details to AE/AC/QA/Client
Qualifications:
2 years of experience
Native French speaker.
Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North America clients.
Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring
Always remain alert during working hours
Ability to sit for long period while carrying out monitoring duties
Ability to respond quickly and decisively to potential security situations
Excellent team player
Flexible in assuming assigned shifts
Computer literate and excellent knowledge/willingness to learn of video monitoring software
Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
Open to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
